The SHA makes housing available in three different ways: through housing that we own, housing that we manage, and through the
Housing Choice Voucher program.
Housing That We Own
The SHA owns, manages and maintains residences throughout Superior. Some residences are concentrated to create complete neighborhoods with community centers, gardens and recreational areas; Other residences are scattered throughout the City. Housing That We Manage
The SHA manages and maintains three privately-owned apartment buildings in Superior - Rosewood Apartments, New York Apartments
and Washington Apartments.
Housing Choice Voucher Program
The Housing Choice Voucher Program provides rental subsidies to up to 170 low-income families who live in privately-owned housing units throughout Douglas County.
