Northernaire Apartments
Northernaire Apartments is a 48-unit complex located on Oakes Avenue, adjacent to SuperOne Grocery Store on one side and a city park on the other. Northernaire Apartments is privately-owned, but managed by the Superior Housing Authority.
All apartments have modern kitchens with garbage disposals, dishwasher, and GE appliances. There is plenty of off-street parking and garages are available. Northernaire also has private entrances, sunny patios and balconies, carpeting in all areas except kitchen and bathrooms, blinds on all windows, laundry hook-ups in some units, a children's playground, 24-hour emergency maintenance, and smoke detectors in all units. Heat is included in the unbelievably affordable rent.
