Family Housing
The Public Housing Program provides rental assistance to qualified income-eligible individuals and families. The Housing Authority owns and operates 464 rental units available to qualified individuals and families. Recipients pay approximately 30% of their adjusted gross income for rent.
Below is a table showing the family* properties we own. Some of these are handicap-accessible units.
* Family is defined as a single person or a group of 2 or more persons who intend to share residency whose income and resources are available to meet the family's needs.
