Rosewood Apartments
Rosewood Apartments is a twenty-unit residential housing facility at Weeks Avenue and North Sixth Street. It was constructed in 1994 to meet the housing needs of families and persons with disabilities. The number of bedrooms range from 1-3. Rosewood is considered a HOME (Home Ownership Mortgage Loan Program) assisted project and is supplemented by a grant provided by the State of Wisconsin.
The Superior Housing Authority staff perform a wide range of duties, ranging from applicant screening to facility maintenance. Rosewood Apartments is owned by Duffy Development Company, Inc., of Minneapolis, MN.
