“A GROWING
PARTNERSHIP AMONG NEIGHBORS”
What is Catlin Green?
The Catlin Green Program began in 1998. The intent of the program has always
been the idea of neighbors helping neighbors with a common
goal…adding greenery to our community through the Catlin Green Gardens.
This program encourages neighbors to plant both flowers and
vegetable gardens for families and children. People of all ages enjoy gardening
and the opportunity of having their own gardens has spread excitement
throughout the neighborhood.
The Catlin Green Program promotes neighbors to work with each other
to bring beauty, pride, and satisfaction to their neighborhood. This in turn makes the city of
Superior a better place to live!
Everyone wins with the Catlin Green Program! For Catlin Court, it means the neighborhood
greens up, children will learn about growing things, and resident will be
able to try their hands at gardening!
If you would like to become involved in the Catlin Green Program,
take a tour of the gardens, or would like more information on this and
other program, call
Katelynn at the Superior Housing Authority at 715-394-6601, email at
katelynn@superiorhousing.org or stop in the office!
